Real trees in beds of moss surround tables that face mini-kitchens constructed of raw timber (a reference to the traditional A-frame homes of the Black Forest), where Humm’s chefs will whip up dinner inches away from your plate. The walls are covered in shadowy murals of silhouetted trees, and a series of sleek waterfalls surround the room.
